No. Group 2A is a non-interview service. Final ranking is based on prelims marks.

Is there sectional cut-off in prelims?

Tamil/English paper requires 90/150. There is no separate cut-off for GS or Aptitude, but high overall score is essential.

How to choose between Tamil or English medium?

Pick the medium you can write quickly and confidently in. Use bilingual notes to retain vocabulary regardless of choice.
